So I have been a little naughty, I started a diet in January and did really well...... until mid-February!!
Slightly no very disappointed in myself as I am determined to have my body back in shape, I just need to realize its not going to come back just like that!! Constantly seeing celebs' with tinny tummies in a matter of months does not
help
So i'm back at it now!! I shall keep you all posted on my progress, and what i'm doing to help!!
Who feels the same!? Anyone got any tips and tricks
